Ghumakkad Journey operates as a premium travel showcase catalog and booking facilitation agency connecting travelers with curated itineraries, hotel accommodations, and certified local transport partners across India.

2 Direct WhatsApp Enquiry & Booking Model

Our website functions purely as an itinerary catalog and travel inquiry portal. We do NOT process online payments, debit/credit cards, or store banking credentials on our web servers.

• When you click "Book Now" or "Enquire Now", your selected package details are formatted into a direct message to our official WhatsApp support number (+91 77860 41041).
• All price quotes, custom modifications, hotel room selections, and seat availabilities are finalized during direct WhatsApp or phone communication with our travel specialists.
• Final booking confirmations are issued via official PDF travel vouchers sent to your WhatsApp or email address after verifying initial advance token payments.

3 Package Pricing, GST & Modifications

Prices listed on our website represent starting baseline prices per person (twin/triple sharing basis unless specified otherwise).

Package prices may fluctuate based on peak seasonal surges (e.g. New Year, Diwali, Summer Vacations), hotel category upgrades, or customized sightseeing additions agreed upon during your inquiry.

4 Traveler Identification & Mandatory Documents

All travelers must carry valid government-issued photo identification throughout the duration of the tour:

• Indian Citizens: Original Aadhaar Card, Driving License, or Voter ID.
• Foreign Nationals / NRIs: Valid Passport and Indian Tourist Visa.
• Special protected zones (e.g. Inner Line Permits for Ladakh, Meghalaya, North East, or Sikkim) require scanned passport photos and ID copies submitted to us prior to departure.

5 Itinerary Re-routing, Weather & Force Majeure

Traveling in mountain regions (Uttarakhand, Himachal, Kashmir, Ladakh) involves natural elements beyond human control. In cases of Force Majeure (landslides, flash floods, snowfall, road blockages, political strikes, or government travel restrictions):

• Ghumakkad Journey reserves the right to re-route or alter the daily itinerary for the safety of our travelers.
• Any additional expenses arising from hotel extension, extra vehicle days, or route diversions caused by weather delays shall be borne directly by the traveler.
• Unused sightseeing spots due to weather closures or delayed arrival cannot be refunded.

6 Traveler Conduct & Health Fitness

Travelers joining group packages or hill treks are expected to maintain courteous conduct towards co-travelers, local tour leaders, and cab drivers. We reserve the right to decline service to individuals displaying abusive or unsafe behavior without any refund obligation.
