Token Advance & Voucher

Pay the advance token amount via UPI or Bank Transfer to lock your booking & receive your official travel voucher.

2 Payment Deposit & Accepted Modes

To lock hotel rooms and transport vehicles during peak travel seasons, the following advance payments apply:

  • Advance Token: 30% to 50% of the total package cost at the time of booking confirmation.
  • Remaining Balance: Payable at the time of hotel check-in or start of the tour.
  • Accepted Payment Modes: Official Company Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS), GPay / PhonePe / Paytm UPI ID, and Bank QR Code.
📌 GST Notice: A standard 5% GST (Goods and Services Tax) applies to all tour packages per Indian Ministry of Tourism guidelines.

3 Standard Cancellation Charges Slabs

If you need to cancel your trip due to personal emergencies, cancellation charges are calculated based on notice prior to the tour start date:

Note: Flights, wildlife safari permits, and non-refundable peak-season hotel bookings are non-refundable once issued.

4 Refund Processing & Agency Cancellations

Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days back to the original bank account or UPI ID used during advance payment.

If Ghumakkad Journey cancels a tour due to extreme weather, road blockages, or unfulfilled group minimum strength, travelers receive a 100% full refund or option to transfer funds to a future trip voucher valid for 1 year.
